The “Super-Ten” Basic Mechanisms Explaining the Dyslexia Syndrome

Abstract

In this chapter, I intend to present a truly unique insight: the“super-ten” general mechanisms responsible for causing and so explaining all—hundreds—of the reading and non-reading symptoms comprising the entire dyslexia syndrome. However, before describing these mechanisms in detail, I thought it important—as a symbolic and clinical reminder—to present three more verbatim accounts of favorable medication responses typical of the thousands from which most all of my insights were derived and continue to accrue.
