Abstract

Orbital anatomical alignment is central to the management of midfacial fractures. Facial trauma surgeons can use simple, common oculofacial surgical approaches that are familiar to their practice. An “inside-out technique” emphasizes the central features of the face and helps to create a more precise overall reduction of midfacial fractures.
