Structural and Functional Analysis of Requirements to Managers of Innovative Companies in the Conditions of the Digital Economy
In the conditions of the digital transformation of the economy, the demand for highly qualified intellectual potential of employees increases, which objectively requires the integration of educational systems of various countries, the creation of strategic alliances in the field of higher and additional education, educational and business organizations. The rapid development of information technology and technological breakthroughs contribute to the development of innovation in every way. The purpose of this contribution is a structural and functional analysis of requirements to managers of innovative companies in the conditions of the digital economy.
