Abstract

The paper deals with the use of digital technologies in the relations of labour organization and labour management in the Russian Federation. On the basis of the current legislation and judicial practice conclusions about the possibility of introducing information technology in the personnel document, in the process of registration of the employment contract, as well as in the sphere of labour organization for the development of remote employment. The authors come to the conclusion that there are legislative prerequisites for the refusal of the use of material carriers in employment and employment relations, provided a positive approach of the judicial system and the exclusion of a number of legal and technical risks. At the same time, it is noted that some forms of information technology use contradict the requirements of the Russian labour legislation and therefore cannot be implemented in practice.
