This chapter presents the final remarks about the study. First, a brief summary of the findings is presented. Then, the findings of the study are discussed in light of the DMC model (Dörnyei and his colleagues, 2014, 2015, 2016) and previous related studies. Also, the results of data analyses related to the questions related to the effect of experiencing DMCs on WTC, self-confidence, self-concept, and language learner autonomy are discussed.
