Abstract

The role of laparoscopy in the field of urology has continued to evolve over the last decade with the ever increasing complexity of operations performed. This chapter will summarize reported complications and provide a concise summary and clinical pathway to prevent, identify, and manage complications associated with laparoscopic urologic surgery.
