Abstract

All group leaders experience problems in their groups from time to time. These problems can occur either at an individual or at a group level. Sometimes individuals create difficulties for the group, for instance when a member is over-dominating. At other times, several group members or even the whole group can be the problem, as is the case when a group erupts in conflict.
