Treatment of Calcium-Oxalate Urolithiasis with Alkali Citrate: Effects on Urinary Parameters in Patients on Standardized and Free Diets
The long-term effects of treatment of urolithiasis with sodium potassium citrate (SPC, Oxalt-CR) were investigated in 23 patients suffering from recurrent calcium-oxalate stone formation. The average stone formation rate was 1.6 stones per year.
