Mothers of Exceptional Children

Abstract
Connie Torisky and I have sons with autism; hers is the oldest of four children, mine is the youngest. What follows is a reflection on that experience. Although autism is a relatively rare disability, I believe my reflection has validity for any mother of a disabled child.
