Electronic and Magnetic Properties of YBa2Cu3O7−x Superconductor
Chapter
Abstract
The a. c. susceptibility and electrical resistivity of a very dense YBa2Cu3O7−x sample have been investigated. The initial susceptibility reveals a rather weak intergrain coupling and yields an estimate for dHc1/dT=6 0e/K. The resistive transition is rather narrow (ΔTc≃1.5K) and the measurements in the magnetic field yield dHc2/dT≃5k0e/K. The resistivity variation just above Tc agrees well with 3-D Aslamazov-Larkin theory.
