The Reduction of Prejudice and Discrimination
In the first two parts of this volume we have followed the tangled patterns of relationship that develop between dominant groups and minority groups. We have examined the causes of prejudice and discrimination and described their results, for the individuals involved and for the social structure. Throughout this analysis, we have attempted to maintain an objective approach. Our own value stand has not been disguised, but we have tried to prevent it from distorting the picture.
