Abstract

Oxidation ponds are one of the common methods for stabilizing domestic and industrial wastes, and are used widely in many countries. They have become one of the most accepted solutions for treatment of wastes in Israel and a large-scale project, the “Recovery of the Dan Region Wastewater”, is in operation in this country.
