Now that you have your idea, it’s time to assemble your team. In general, it is never good to have one person taking care of everything. First, it is very unlikely that someone possesses all the skills to bring a product through all the stages to life; second, even if hypothetically such person exists, it’s always good to have each person responsible for each part of the product so the same amount of attention is fairly distributed. Well… this is true if you are working in a well-established company where all the teams are already in place and settled, but of course it doesn’t apply if you just had an idea and want to build a company out of it. In that case, you would have to be prepared in the beginning to do a bit of everything.
