Abstract
This book focused on key aspects of ServiceNow as an enterprise collaboration tool, considering it a real achievement if you managed for ServiceNow to blend in the daily collaboration routines of your organization. For this, Part II shed light on smooth and professional-looking communication with end users, while in Part III we also looked at the internal collaboration behind the curtain and data confidentiality.
