Abstract

The quantitative determination of guanidino compounds in plasma has been performed in many laboratories working with liquid chromatography and fluorometry ; however, the obtained data were still dispersive for rational discussion. In the course of the determination, several procedures, sample storage, deproteinization, sample charging and so on were thought to cause such variance.
