A 3.3-V CMOS Wave SI Filter
Chapter
Abstract
In this chapter a low voltage wave switched-current filter is presented. Circuit realizations of current-mode N-port adaptors and delay elements are given. The use of three-port adaptors allows realization of wave SI filters with transmission zeros. In order to enhance the performance, delay elements with an improved clock-feedthrough cancellation technique are used. Simulation results from a complete wave SI filter circuit operating with a 3.3 V power supply are included. A test filter has also been implemented in a standard CMOS process. The chosen filter and circuit structure is shown to be suitable for automatic layout generation.
