Quality Assurance and Instruments, Equipment, and Materials
Chapter
Abstract
It was stated in Chapter 1 that quality control implies controlling all factors in the analytical system that can impact on the analytical result. It is obvious that three important factors in the system are the instruments used, the auxiliary equipment used, and the materials that go into the analytical operations. In this chapter we will consider those aspects of these factors that are involved in quality assurance, and especially quality control.
