Abstract

Contract law originally was derived from English common law, and is a body of documented case precedents. Contract law is basically the same around the globe. Your contracts (purchase order) are implied (verbal) or, mostly, express (written). There must be an offer (to provide or do something) and an acceptance (signed acknowledgement to your international purchase order), plus consideration (normally the payment).
