Density Matrix Coordinate Representation Numerical Studies of Quantum Well and Barrier Devices
Frensley  was the first to suggest that solutions to the equation of motion of the density matrix in the coordinate representation, p(x,x’t) as an important tool in understanding of the physics of quantum well and quantum barrier devices. A mathematically well posed problem has been implemented here for solving this equation.
