Vital Staining: Fluorescent and Immunofluorescent, and Review of Nonfluorescent Dyes

Abstract
To stain cells and tissues of live hydra with fluorescent dyes or by immunofluorescence. Such methods aid in identifying specific tissues or cells in grafts or in aggregates of cells.
