Book cover Organometallics in Process Chemistry

Part of the book series: Topics in Organometallic Chemistry ((TOPORGAN,volume 6))

Abstract

The development of asymmetric processes has been the focus of industrial research as most of the molecules of pharmaceutical interest contain chiral center(s). Many of the reported processes employ organometallic reagents in their key transformations. This review surveys chemical processes involving organolithium species in their enantioselective steps published in the past decade.
