Abstract
This chapter is devoted to discussing the use of disulfiram and reviewing studies of disulfiram in special populations. This includes the use of disulfiram in the elderly, adolescents, female patients with alcohol dependence and dual diagnosis or multi-drug user populations. The various studies done so far are evaluated and clinical points of relevance are discussed.
