Abstract
To investigate transport responses in chiral magnets and current-induced dynamics of skyrmions, relatively large current density difficult to apply in bulk sample is frequently required. In order to increase current density, we fabricated microscale thin plates by using focused ion beam. In this chapter, we demonstrate the fabrication procedure of thin plate samples. In addition, we also present fabrication methods for epitaxial thin films of MnSi.
