Abstract
Based on the actual development situation of Zhongguancun NEEQ listed companies, this paper, employing the modern Enterprise Growth Theory, from the innovative ability, management ability, financial ability three aspects, builds the growth of strength index evaluation system, which includes six first-level indicators: innovation drive, innovation performance, debt paying ability, operation ability, profit ability and management ability, and six second-level indicators: the number of patents, research and development expenses, and so on. Based on factor analysis, this report makes an objective and systematic study on the growth of Zhongguancun NEEQ enterprises. The results show that the innovative enterprises rank first in the overall ranking, and there are also high-quality enterprises in the basic level. The performance of profitability and innovation strength of the enterprises ranking the top 30 in the growth index is far higher than the average level, which indicates that the NEEQ enterprises in Zhongguancun are quite a mixed bag.
