Abstract
In order to study the impact of personal protective equipment on the physiological stress of rescue workers, 18 medium-sized professional rescue workers were selected as subjects, wearing firefighting clothing, entry clothing, rescue clothing, chemical protective clothing, and lightweight garments. Experiments include static testing and dynamic testing, to test heart rate, respiration rate, oxygen intake, and carbon dioxide exhalation. The test results show that the protective clothing has a significant impact on the physiological load of the subject, and there is a significant difference in the physiological indexes of the subjects between different protective equipment.
