Abstract

In the current study, three novel RP-HPLC methods for the simultaneous estimation of PHE, PCM, and CPM (Method I); AMB, GPN, and SBS (Method II); and PHE, PCM, and CTH (Method III) in API and marketed products were developed and validated as per ICH guidelines (Q2 (R1)).
