Abstract
The 2005 Real Rights Law (draft) issued for solicitation of public opinions aroused wide concerns from all walks of life. Most of the opinions believed that the Real Rights Law (draft) reflects the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people, and also fully reflects the basic results of reform and opening-up. Represented by the Public Letter issued by Professor Gong Xiantian of Law School of Peking University, a few opinions believe that the Real Rights Law (draft) is unconstitutional.
