Abstract

FedEx, since its inception, has crafted a new industry and maintained its dominance as a market leader worldwide (clearly Achilles). However, despite 20 long years of operations in India, the ambitious company has not been able to narrow the gap with DHL. Moreover, the rising threat of disruption in India’s logistics sector and ever-rising demands in e-commerce is fueling the complexity of problems in its India operations.
