Abstract

In recent years, the rapid development of banks is more and more dependent on the function of bank software system. The demand for software development is constantly changing, which makes some banks’ software development teams unable to adapt to frequent demand changes. In order to adapt to the needs of frequent changes, more and more software development teams use agile software development method. Based on the research of the basic principles of agile development, this paper studies the agile development method based on Scrum, and improves and optimizes the implementation of agile development of M software project team in C bank. Finally, the implementation of the project is evaluated and analyzed.
