Abstract
Sensor is a tool to measure the parameters of various structural systems and obtain the information of structure. It is not only one of the three pillars in the information technology field (sensing and control technology, communication technology, and computer technology) but also an indispensable component of production automation, scientific testing, calculation and accounting, monitoring and diagnosing, and other systems. Therefore, the research and development of advanced sensing and testing technology have great significance to increase the safety and reliability of structure and equipment, promote the scientific and technological progress, and improve the economic and social benefits.
