Abstract
With the wide application of laparoscopic technology and accumulated experience in laparoscopic surgery, the reconstruction of digestive tract after laparoscopic gastrectomy has become a hot topic in surgical field. Currently, there are various methods for the total laparoscopic reconstruction of the digestive tract after radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer, including Billroth I anastomosis, Billroth II anastomosis, Roux-en-Y anastomosis after total laparoscopic gastrectomy of distal gastric cancer, functional esophageal-jejunal lateral-lateral anastomosis, Orvil anastomosis and overlapping techniques.
