Abstract
During the 46 years since the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, we have established a relatively complete industrial system with high technological levels and overall scale—plus huge state-owned assets. However, those enterprises and organizations formed in a planned economy often face problems to do with simplistic businesses, small scale decentralized structures and lack of technological development capabilities.
