Abstract

In this paper, an analytical solution of an unsteady MHD free convective flow of viscoelastic fluid (Walter’s liquid model) through a porous medium in a vertical porous channel in presence of heat sink parameter and thermal radiation is presented. Hall current and Soret effect are taken into account. The equations of motion, energy, and concentrations are solved. The effects of various parameters involved in the primary and secondary velocity are shown graphically while the skin friction, Nusselt, and Sherwood number obtained in terms of amplitude and phase angles are discussed through the tabular form.
