Abstract
The blood supply of the medial thigh was characterized as multi-sources. The medial thigh perforator flap was nourished by the medial thigh perforating artery with a constant origin and course and a long vessel pedicle. It could be designed as a flap supplied by different blood supplies, such as vastus medial perforator flap, descending genicular artery perforator flap and saphenous artery perforator flap.
