Abstract
An 83-year-old female presented with acute onset right-sided weakness and facial droop. Intravenous t-PA was administered at outside hospital. The patient was transferred to our center, and as patient had persistent deficit (NIHSS 27) and repeat imaging showed left M1 MCA occlusion, mechanical thrombectomy was undertaken (Fig. 84.1).
