Abstract
The aim of this chapter is to outline the relevant Acts and regulations that apply to the paint industry. The subject will be examined in a broad sense only; the relevant regulations should be studied in detail before applying the principles to a particular case. Copies of these Acts and regulations are readily available from State and Commonwealth government printers.
