Abstract
In the patients who receive only temporary relief from therapeutic intra-articular thoracic facet block or who have pain that is more diffuse, requiring treatment at thoracic numerous levels, radiofrequency coagulation of the posterior medial branch of the thoracic spine can produce pain relief.
