Zusammenfassung

Auch beim juvenilen Diabetiker ist man heute bestrebt, durch Verwendung von Depotinsulinen die Therapie zu vereinfachen. Im Gegensatz zum Altersdiabetiker bereitet die Stoffwechselkontrolle mit Verzögerungsinsulinen beim Jugendlichen infolge seiner Labilität erhebliche Schwierigkeiten. Besonders der Anwendung von Einzelinjektionen sind Grenzen gesetzt (Krainick).
