Zusammenfassung
Photoelektrochemische Zellen sind wegen der Hochwertigkeit der produzierten Energieform eines der interessantesten Geräte zur Solarenergiekonversion. Die Tatsache, daß je nach Betriebsweise Strom und/oder Wasserstoff produziert werden kann, ist zusätzlich im Rahmen einer zu erwartenden Wasserstofftechnologie von Interesse1, 2.
