Abstract
I can only speak from the standpoint of the engineer, for I am certainly no expert in the fine art of law—international or otherwise. But, nevertheless, I feel most strongly that scientists and engineers share an equal responsibility with the law-makers and should play their part in helping to shape the social sciences which, in this present age, are lagging so badly.
