Zusammenfassung
Entscheidend für eine erfolgreiche Therapie von Erkrankungen im Zusammenhang mit Arbeitslosigkeit ist, dass der Hausarzt die Arbeitslosigkeit als Ursache des Krankheitsgeschehens erkennt, um die psychosomatische Grundversorgung, die stets auch Angehörige bzw. nahe stehende Personen mit im Blick haben muss, entsprechend gestalten zu können. Dabei kommt es besonders darauf an, die Komplikationen einer familiären DeStabilisierung, des psychosoziaien Abgieitens z.B. in eine Sucht, eine Depression oder organisch fixierte Folgeerkrankungen zu verhindern bzw. sachgerecht einzuordnen und zu behandeln. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit benötigen Krankheiten, die bereits als solche ein Risiko darstellen, arbeitslos zu werden wie z.B. Depressionen, Röckenschmerzen, häufige Krankmeldungen oder Suchterkrankungen.
