Abstract
The An’yue giant gas field is located at the border of Suining, Ziyang in Sichuan Province, and Tongnan District in Chongqing. It belongs to the Moxi–Gaoshiti–Longnvsi tectonic group in the gentle structural zone of the Central Sichuan paleo-uplift, Sichuan Basin. The gas field is adjacent to the Guang’an structure in the east, Weiyuan anticline and Ziyang ancient trap in the west, Penglaizhen structure in the north, and Hebaochang structure and Jieshichang buried structure in the southwest.
