Zusammenfassung

Die Dupuytrensche Kontraktur neigt unabhängig von der Therapie zu Rezidiven. Nicht jeder neu aufgetretene Knoten oder Strang gilt als Rezidiv. Das Rezidiv ist definiert als eine passive Beugekontraktur von mindestens 20° in einem betroffenen Gelenk gegenüber dem Befund ca. 6–12 Wochen nach dem Ersteingriff.
