Abstract
Diagnosis and treatment of elbow instability remain a topic of hot debate. In conjunction with clinical findings, magnetic resonance imaging can be a helpful adjunct to establish the diagnosis of elbow instability. A systematic approach has to be followed to perform and evaluate the magnetic resonance imaging scan in a proper and conclusive fashion. The following chapter depicts the specifics of magnetic resonance imaging for elbow instability in order to maximize the benefits of this useful diagnostic tool.
