Zusammenfassung
Neue komplexe motorische Fertigkeiten zu erlernen ist wohl das höchste Erreichbare der bewussten motorischen Steuerung. Diese motorische Lernfähigkeit fußt auf der adaptiven Fähigkeit neuronaler Netze, sich zu reorganisieren.
Nach Abschluss des Wachstums ist motorisches Lernen ein komplexer Vorgang, wobei umfassende Aufmerksamkeit gefragt ist. Alle Teile des Gehirns sind hieran beteiligt, die Endkontrolle dagegen findet im Kortex statt. Der Vorgang des Lernens ist nicht wahrnehmbar, nur das motorische Resultat ist erkennbar.
Einmal erlernt, kann die motorische Kompetenz automatisiert und (kortikale) Aufmerksamkeit wieder angewendet werden, um bestehende Fertigkeiten zu optimieren oder neue zu erlernen.
