Zusammenfassung
Die Evaluation gesundheitsförderlicher und präventiver Interventionen für Menschen mit Demenz gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung. Das Kapitel beleuchtet unterschiedliche Evaluationsformen und zeigt an Beispielen auf, wie diese im Rahmen der Evaluation von Interventionen für Menschen mit Demenz umgesetzt werden können und welche Herausforderungen sich in diesem Zusammenhang stellen. Besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf den Outcomes, also den Ergebnissen der Interventionen, und deren Messung. Daraus werden aktuelle Problemlagen und Handlungsfelder für die Zukunft abgeleitet.
