Zusammenfassung
Antizipationsfähigkeit als Vorwegnahme zukünftiger Geschehnisse ist insbesondere für Spiel- und Kampfsportarten ein leistungsentscheidender Faktor. Sie beeinflusst Prozesse der Reizwahrnehmung und deren Verarbeitung. Übliche Untersuchungsmethoden sind räumliche und zeitliche Okklusionen des präsentierten Bildmaterials sowie das Eyetracking bzw. auch deren Kombinationen. Experten besitzen im Unterschied zu Freizeitsportlern im Allgemeinen eine größere Wahrnehmungs- und Erfahrungsantizipation. Obwohl die Identifikation von sportartspezifischen antizipatorischen Schlüsselreizen in vielen Sportarten noch nicht abgeschlossen ist, wird Antizipationstraining zunehmend verstärkt eingesetzt.
