Zusammenfassung

In dem Kapitel „Fallbasiertes Lernen“ werden Kasuistiken wichtiger Krankheitsbilder im Neugeborenen- und Kindesalter vorgestellt – transiente Tachypnoe, hyaline Membranerkrankung, bronchopulmonale Dysplasie, Mekoniumaspiration, kongenital zystisch adenomatoide Malformation, Ösophagusatresie bei VACTERL, Zwerchfellhernie, AV-Kanal, persistierender Ductus arteriosus Botalli, Arteria lusoria, Lymphom, Fremdkörperaspiration, RSV-Pneumonie und Unterlappenpneumonie. Neben den klinischen Aspekten und pathologischen Laborbefunden werden die radiologischen Veränderungen anhand der Bilder von den vorgestellten Patienten erläutert. Abschließend werden die typischen Befunde der präsentierten Krankheitsbilder ausführlich besprochen.
