Abstract
In the recent years, with the rise of governments’ recognition for the quality of education in countries, it has been a mega trend that real and thorough information of the quality of education and students’ development is acquired with scientific research and assessment system to better provide policy foundation for education reform and to provide basis for students’ personalized development and sustainable development.
