Zusammenfassung
Das Erythrasma ist eine bakterielle Infektion durchCorynebacterium minutissimum und manifestiert sich am häufigsten im Bereich der Zehenzwischenräume, gefolgt vom Leistenbereich und seltener axillär. Subjektive Beschwerden können vollständig fehlen oder sich als gelegentlicher leichter Juckreiz äußern. Die Behandlung erfolgt topisch antibiotisch (Fusidinsäure, Mupirocin). Zur Prävention eignen sich Octenidin-haltige Antiseptika.
